Request data deletion

Email privacy@pairplay.io with “PairPlay data deletion” in the subject. If possible, write from the email used for Couple Court or PairPlay+.

What to include

Include any game, invite, room, result, or verdict URL you still have, the player names or nicknames used, and the approximate date you played. If you played without an email, these details and the device used may be needed to locate the session. Never send private testimony, a passwordless recovery link, or payment-card information.

Verification

We may ask for limited information to verify that you are entitled to control the requested data. This prevents someone else from deleting your membership, case, or result.

What deletion covers

Once verified, we will delete or de-identify the information we can associate with the request, remove optional profile photos we locate, and disable included share, verdict, or result links. Some billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained only when necessary or required.

Subscriptions

Deleting game data does not automatically cancel an active PairPlay+ subscription. Manage or cancel billing first through your PairPlay+ account.
